This agreement is for the use of Assassin’s Semen.

Studs Registered name Black Vinny of Pinnacle Bullies

Method of Stud Service Payment:

Payment is to be made through Paypal (Bank Draft and Credit Card included). Payment must be made and deposited prior to semen extraction.

______ (A) A Stud Fee of $1800.00 will be paid prior to extraction of semen. The money will be held in a Paypal account until conformation of breeding or A.I. procedure.

______ (B) The owner of female being bred with Black Vinny, agrees, in return for use of semen, to allow Pinnacle Bullies to have 1st pick puppy, of Pinnacle Bullies choice, from litter whelped from this breeding. Puppy will be delivered to Pinnacle bullies at 8 wks of age, in good health, with all necessary shots, wormed, written veterinary health examination, and full ______ registration. If by chance, the female only has one living puppy from this litter, and owner of female, cannot give Pinnacle Bullies 1st pick puppy, the owner of female, will pay Pinnacle Bullies a stud fee in the amount of $1800.00. Which will be due immediately, upon request. (This option is to females approved by Pinnacle Bullies only.)

The owner of the female agrees to pay all veterinary expenses necessary for veterinary extraction, implantation, paperwork, and any other veterinary costs of this breeding. Pinnacle Bullies will not be responsible for costs or veterinary expenses necessary for this breeding.

Pinnacle Bullies Semen Guarantee: We, Pinnacle bullies will supply semen for next heat cycle of the above named female, free of charge, if said female does not get a confirmed pregnancy, on this breeding. The female’s owner will pay any veterinary cost for extraction of the semen. Pinnacle Bullies will not be responsible for any costs, or veterinary expenses necessary for this breeding.
